You'll pick a pleasing color pallet, learn how to add sky, background and foreground to your piece, and learn how to use memory and intuitive mark-making to end up with a piece that is individually yours! This years theme: A Celebration of Culture - a sparking example of what makes each tree owner/decorator such a special part of the Buda community and to share the beauty of their background with others. Each tree is a reflection of their heritage and together, the Festival of Trees is a brilliant display of the diverse community that builds Buda. The tree will remain up for the community to enjoy through the new year.
Paper is a magnificent medium! Turn a 2-dimensional sheet of cardstock or a cereal box into super cool, colorful, 3D orbs to hang on your tree! Instruction taught by Linda Chido.
